I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. I used the first chance I got and I participated in a protest to say "No to wars", but that was not enough. I then started working with some associations, for peace, and I participate in some peace conferences that helped developed my skills. I began to focus on youth, teaching them what the real meaning of war was, and that there are much more ways to solve our problem without wars.
